Liability Waiver

Fun 4 Two Australia (or “us”)	Ma Property Developments Pty Ltd trading as Fun 4 Two Australia ABN 57 671 122 660 (Fun 4 Two Australia)
The Attendee (or “you”)
Activities	means any activities or conduct, carried out or engaged in, by you within the venue located at 5 Clyde Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116 (referred to as the “Venue”).

Risk Warning & Waiver

You have requested to participate in the Activities available at the Venue operated by Fun 4 Two Australia or third parties hired by Fun 4 Two Australia. By accepting this waiver or participating in the Activities, you agree to the following.
You understand and acknowledge that the Activities, including but not limited to access to the Venue, as well as events held by Fun 4 Two Australia may expose you to risk, including accidents, injury, illness or even death. You assume all risk of injuries associated with participation in the Activities, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other attendees, equipment failure, risks inherent in sexual activities and the loss of your personal property, and exclude Fun 4 Two Australia from any liability.
The Activities may involve strenuous physical movement which may subject you to risk of serious injury or even death. You agree that when you use the Venue provided by Fun 4 Two Australia or engage in the Activities, you do so entirely at your own risk.
You warrant and represent that you have no injuries, physical restrictions, disabilities or predispositions to sickness or injury (Conditions) that may affect your participation in the Activities or that if you are aware of such Conditions, you participate in any activities provided by Fun 4 Two Australia entirely at your own risk.
You agree that before participating in any Activity, you must evaluate whether your current physical condition allow you to participate in the Activities in a safe manner. This includes if you have a contagious condition, including but not limited to a sexually transmitted infection or disease. If you believe an Activity will not be safe, you must not enter the Venue or partake in any Activity.
You agree that you will abide by all instructions provided by Fun 4 Two Australia personnel while you are within the Venue and if you do not understand any instructions provided, you must cease participation in any Activities and seek clarification.
You agree that if you sustain any injury or illness or begin to feel faint or unwell while at a Fun 4 Two Australia Venue, you must cease participation in any Activities and must immediately inform Fun 4 Two Australia personnel who may record written details of your injury and any medical treatment administered. You agree that if you suffer a serious injury, Fun 4 Two Australia personnel may administer medical treatment directly or seek emergency medical services (inducing calling an ambulance) at your expense.
You acknowledge and agree that you must not participate in any Activities while intoxicated by alcohol, or under the influence of drugs or illicit substances (including where alcohol is consumed at a Fun 4 Two Australia Venue) as those substances impair your ability to provide consent to other attendees and/or participate in any Activities safely and may result in significant injury or death to you or others.
You exclude Fun 4 Two Australia and its officers, employees and contractors, the organisers, sponsors, other attendees and any other persons involved in your participation in the Activities with Fun 4 Two Australia (Releasees) from any demand, claim, or other proceeding in relation to any injury or death or loss or damage to personal property in connection with your participation in the Activities with Fun 4 Two Australia, whether or not caused by the negligence of a Releasee.
You agree to indemnify each Releasee in relation to any demand, claim or proceeding that may be brought in connection with your participation in the Activities with Fun 4 Two Australia where circumstances giving rise to such a demand, claim, or proceeding were caused or contributed to by you or your breach of this waiver or any other agreement between you and Fun 4 Two Australia.
You agree that should any part of this waiver be found by a court of law to be against public policy, in violation of any state statute or case precedence, or otherwise unenforceable, then only that wording is removed, and the remainder of this waiver will remain in full force.
